Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

• Returned with original tags attached

• In original packaging if possible

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Intimate apparel or swimwear

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item arrived damaged

• The wrong item was shipped

• The product has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Tidewander cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ahoy@tidewanderco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Store Credit

If you prefer, returns may be exchanged for store credit, which never expires and can be used toward any future Tidewander purchase.
