Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Tidewander is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability or fulfillment location. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
Returned with original tags attached
In original packaging if possible
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be provided.

Store Credit
If you prefer, returns may be exchanged for store credit, which never expires and can be used toward any future Tidewander purchase.
